- Had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus in the 14 days before getting sick
2. Please do not come to the Surgery
- Call reception on 9622 1998 and speak with one of our doctors who will make arrangements for you to go to a COVID 19 Testing Clinic.
- The Request Form will be faxed directly to the clinic.
3. If you have a Chronic Condition or are over 70 years
- The doctors can provide consultations via the telephone or TeleHealth
